Dummy%

General

Dummy% is a Category Extension for Horizon Zero Dawn invented by AltinCloak in mid 2021 with it's first recorded run completed by Fleur_Bleue in December of the same year. The run starts at a NG+ save and is completed when all 23 Grazer Dummies in the Nora Sacred Lands have been knocked over with a Heavy Melee Attack.

Routing

Dummy% takes advantage of having all of the settlements in the Embrace be unlocked fast travel points from the beginning of game as there are 4 dummies relatively close to them. After getting these, you exit the embrace early and knock over the rest of the dummies at other settlements and Bandit Camps. The current World Record deviates from the original routing by completing the Point of the Spear Quest to get into Mother's Heart normally while a CFT to enter Mother's Heart. Both routes end with Mother's heart however because it is out of the way and there is no need to complete the proving.
